Doris I. Sanck, 95, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home.
Private Graveside services will be held at Washington Cemetery, Duncombe.
Laufersweiler Funeral Home is serving the family.
Survivors include her daughter D. Janette (Keith) Kee, grandchildren Christopher (Jane) Kee and Lisa (Todd) Garrett, great grandchildren Tiffany (Matt) Weiss and Lucas (Julia) Garrett, great great grandchildren Addison Weiss, Braydon Weiss, and Louie Garrett, and her brother Donn Harris.
She is preceded in death by her husband Curtis Sanck, parents John and Silvia (Ball) Harris, sisters C. Arlene Engels and Wilma Jane Kay.
Doris was born in Fort Dodge on August 5, 1927. On June 9, 1946, was married to Curtis Sanck. The couple established their home in Fort Dodge. Doris worked as an administrative Secretary for Trinity Regional Hospital for 22 years retiring in 1989. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, past member of the Fort Dodge Woman's Club, International Association Administrative Professionals, and the Hospital Auxiliary. She was also a mentor at Fair Oaks Middle School.
