Walt DeLanoit Funeral on Sep 12, 2020

Dennis Connor on Sep 11, 2020

Dick was like a Father to me, he hired me when I was in high school to work on the farm with him and his wife and kids. He treated me like one of his kids, and always provided help and advice when I needed it. He gave me responsibility and was always there to help when I needed it. He taught me to Milk the cows, Plow the fields, Cultivate and harvest. I sure did learn a lot about raising Turkeys when he got into that business and build that Poll Barn beside the house. He encouraged me to go to college and wrote and called his friends to recommend me. The DeLanoit Family is in my prayers and thoughts the whole family is very special to me, they are a part of my life. I love them all am so grateful I got to see Dick a few years ago . Even tho he was a Marine (A real Marine - Hoooo Yaaaa), and I went Navy, If I can be half the Man and Father he was I will be happy.
