Spanish version also below Yancarlos ``Carlos" Omar Rosales, 9, of Fort Dodge, went to his heavenly home on June 9, 2021, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. A Celebration of life will be held on Wednesday June 16th at 2:30 PM at Duncombe Elementary School in Fort Dodge. Visitation time for friends and family will be on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Duncombe Elementary School.
