Wyatt was born prematurely on July 31st, 2023 in Fort Dodge. After a long stay at Blank Children's Hospital, with his parents by his side; he was welcomed home by many supporting and loving family members and friends.
Wyatt was a little bright blue eyed boy full of life and love. He had an infectious smile that he loved to share with everyone. He was smart, determined, independent, and extremely stubborn. Definitely having a mind of his own. While in the house he loved reading books, playing with cars, trucks, trains, and was thrilled with magnets and legos. We all found humor in the way Wyatt would stick his tongue out while concentrating, this was something his great grandpa Gene would do. Dance parties with mom were a must, the memory of his wiggle butt and giggles will always provide a smile to us all. Whenever mom and dad asked to go to "Bye-Bye" Wyatt was the first one to the door attempting to open it himself. Riding in dad's truck was always a "jam session". Wyatt eventually got to the point where he raised his eyebrows and waited for the gears to shift. He especially liked the trips taken to Boone for shopping and eating at Pizza Ranch. Wyatt was always excited to go outside and get down and dirty in the rocks and dirt. He'd run fearlessly with his Tonka truck backwards (so the dump bed stayed down). Bubbles put a smile on his face, he loved to chase and pop each and every one of them. He had a love of animals, GiGi's 110 lb. Goldendoodle was "Tee". Teddy was Wyatt's buddy when there was food involved, and his pillow while watching Curious George, Chugginton and the Smurf's movie. When he saw cats at grandpa and grandma's houses he would run after them saying "keee" which meant kitty. Wyatt enjoyed going to daycare and seeing his caregivers and little friends. We all watched him learn and grow daily. Sweet little Wyatt left his blueprint in our minds, his handprint on our hearts, and an imprint on our souls.
Wyatt was the happiest little boy who touched the lives of so many, he will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him. This isn't goodbye, it's just see you later. We will forever hold him in our hearts.
Memorials maybe left to family discretion.
