William "Billy" Mann

William Joseph Mann "Billy" 35, was born on October 3rd, 1990, to Dave and Carol (Kinney) Mann. He passed away on Thursday October 9th 2025.

Billy graduated from Saint Edmond High School in 2009. He then attended Iowa Central Community College and graduated from there in 2012 and then on to Iowa State University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2014. Billy moved to the Minneapolis area working for Ameriprise Financial until 2023. He had recently returned to Fort Dodge and was working at Innovative Counseling and Consulting.

He is survived by his parents, brother Brian (Ange Krause) Mann of New Hope, MN, sister Beth (Brian) Cutsor and their children - nieces Lila and Nora of Omaha, NE, grandmother Darlene Mann of Pomeroy, Iowa, special friend Desiree Diemer and her son Law of Fort Dodge, IA, aunts and uncles Diane and Tom Reeck of Somerset, WI, Denise and Denny Siefken of Rockwell City, IA, Marge and Jerry Ellingson of Lincoln, NE, Jack and Jane Kinney of Des Moines, IA, Jeanne Kinney of Britt, Iowa, LuAnne Julius of Humboldt, Iowa, Bob and Kathy Kinney of Tampa, FL, Scott Kinney of Pella, Iowa, and numerous cousins.

Billy was preceded in death by his grandparents Don Mann and Ivo and Jo Kinney, Mary Klinzing, his aunt Deb Kinney and uncle Gary Julius.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, October 18th at Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Jake Rosenmeyer officiating the Mass of Christian Burial. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Laufersweiler Funeral Home.
