Vicki Lenz

Vicki Lenz, 83, of Rockwell City passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Society, Manson.

A Memorial Service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, east of Rockwell City. Inurnment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery, Rockwell City. A visitation will be one hour prior at the church.

Vicki was born June 5, 1942 to Dale and Elaine Corson in Lake City, IA. She grew up in Rockwell City where she was educated and later obtained her GED. She married Chuck Lenz on July 6, 1970 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Elk Point, South Dakota. Vicki and Chuck raised 3 children, Elizabeth, Kyle, and Kolana in Rockwell City where Vicki worked various jobs. They spent several years wintering in New Mexico and enjoyed many trips to the Mississippi River to enjoy the autumn colors. Vicki enjoyed her garden and her flowers. Her family meant everything to her.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, son, Steven Moore, grandson, Alex Barrett, infant sister, Naomi Sue, and brother, Nels Corson.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Chuck Lenz, sister, Michelle Wade of Virginia, children, Elizabeth (Kathryn) Dumke of Nova Scotia, Canada, Kyle Lenz of Strasburg, Colorado, and Kolana Lenz (Joey) of Wallingford, Iowa; grandchildren, Emily Barrett, Amanda Gregerson, Ashley Gregerson, Tim Lenz, and Barbara Olsen; and 7 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Pastor Chadric Dietrich for his prayers and compassion, our friends for everything they have done for us and The Good Samaritan Society of Manson for the wonderful care given to Vicki there.
