September 15, 1970 — March 2, 2026

Ronald "Keith" Biggs, a beloved son, father, brother, and friend, passed away on March 2, 2026, in Iowa City, Iowa, at the age of 55. Born on September 15, 1970, in Webster City, Iowa, Keith was known to many by his nickname, Keith. He filled the lives of those around him with warmth, humor, and an unmistakable passion for life.

Keith graduated from Webster City High School in 1990 and went on to further his education at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, where he studied food marketing. He built a successful career, working for Fareway, Webster City Products, and Evans Flooring. He was also proud to have owned and operated his own flooring business, Biggs Floor Service, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his trade.

An avid dart player and ardent fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Keith found joy in both competition and camaraderie. His love for music shone through in his enthusiastic karaoke performances, often dressed as Elvis, delighting friends with his renditions of classic songs. Notably, Keith cherished his time spent farming alongside his aunt and uncle, Joyce and Russ Harms, forging treasured memories that he carried with him throughout his life.

Above all, Keith was proud of being a father to his son Ty Pippin, who brought great joy and purpose into his life. The bond they shared was a cornerstone of his existence, and his love for Ty was evident in everything he did.

Keith is survived by his father, Ronald D. Biggs & Kerri of Kansas City, MO; his son, Ty Pippin of Webster City, IA; his sister, Tina Biggs of Bakersfield, CA; his brother, Ryan Biggs of Kansas City, MO; his cherished aunt and uncle, Joyce and Russ Harms and their son Brian Harms of Duncombe, IA and Nancy and Brad Iles, along with several beloved nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sue Bloomquist; his sister, Candy Biggs; and his dear grandparents, Melvin and Joanne Biggs and Norman and Eva Bloomquist and cousin, Sonya Harms. Each of these individuals left a lasting impact on Keith's life, shaping the compassionate man he became.
