Percy Rochon Harris was born on August 7, 1971, in Iowa City. He attended schools in Fort Dodge and Waterloo before going on to earn his welding certification. Percy was naturally curious and enjoyed taking things apart to see how they worked, even if they didn't always make it back together. He was full of knowledge and always seemed to have an interesting fact or bit of information to share. Percy enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing. Above all, his greatest joy came from spending time with his children. Whether they were casting a line together, visiting an arcade, or simply enjoying each other's company, Percy treasured the moments he shared with them.
