Judy Bradfield

 Judy "Mert" Bradfield, 60, of Alta passed away Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Pomeroy Care Center.

 Judy's wishes were to have private services. Laufersweiler Funeral Homes are serving the family.

 Judy is survived by her husband Bill, children James Lightfoot, Paula Bradfield, four grandchildren, siblings Charles (Julie) Degner of Fort Dodge, Mary "Kay" Degner of Fort Dodge, Deb (Ivan) Hudson of Lake City, Edward (Carla Johnson) Degner of Moore, TX, and Roy "Pete" (Eileen "Missy") Degner of Boone.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Randy and Roger Degner.

 Judy Viola Degner was born June 15, 2025, in Fort Dodge to Charles and Elsie (Luth) Degner. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. In 1991, she was united in marriage to William Bradfield. Judy loved the Iowa Hawkeyes, her dogs, baking, and sharing her cooking.
