Jerome "Jerry" C. Rapp, 80, of Fort Dodge formerly of Humboldt passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Trinity Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Corpus Christi Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Humboldt. A visitation will be 10:00 AM Tuesday at the church. A rosary will be held at 10:45 AM at the church. Jerry is survived by his wife, Sharalyn of Fort Dodge; son, Jerrod (Jen) Rapp of Fort Dodge; daughters, Susan Hilton of Humboldt and Sara Slotten of Fort Dodge; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
