Jacqueline Sue Michehl was born July 10, 1960 in Fort Dodge. She was confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church near Vincent. She graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1978. She later continued her education in food service. Jaci grew up helping her dad on their family farm so it was only second nature when she fell in love with a farm boy, married him and carried on the family tradition. On June 1, 1991 she was united in marriage to Rodney Anderson at St. John's Lutheran Church. The couple established their home on their farm near Vincent. Jaci was a stay at home mom for many years after her children were born. She also helped with the everyday tasks of being a farm wife. In prior years, she held jobs in food service at various establishments including Rotary Ann in Eagle Grove and the Eagle Grove schools. Later, she worked many fall harvests at New COOP. She eventually achieved her lifelong goal of opening her own restaurant, the Vincent Bar & Grill which she owned and operated alongside her family for more than six years. She had a strong love for all animals including livestock and her pets. She enjoyed the family dogs and they brought her great joy. She loved camping, art, writing poetry, and spending time with her family and friends. Every friend her kids brought home was just another one of her kids and she loved them as her own, many even called her "Mom" or "Ma". She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorials may be left to family discretion.
