Diane Hoban

Diane K. Hoban, 80, of Fort Dodge, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Fort Dodge Health & Rehab.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Diane is survived by her sisters, Joy (Michael) Elder of Wyoming, Ila (Brian) Young of South Dakota, brother, Robert Voelschow Jr. of Texas, numerous neices and nephews, great neices and nephews, and great-great neices and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis, parents, Robert and Marcia (Murray) Voelschow, sisters, Betty Jo, Jeri Lyn, and brother, Gordon.

Diane Karol Voelschow was born on September 3, 1946, in Fort Dodge. She was raised and educated in Fort Dodge; attending Fort Dodge Public Schools. Diane babysat for friends and family. On september 15, 1979, she was united in marriage to Dennis Hoban and the couple established their home in Fort Dodge. Dennis and Diane both loved music, especially Elvis Presley.
