Randy Schulz

Darold "Randy" Schulz, 65, of Vincent, passed away at his home on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Newark Township Cemetery in Vincent.

Randy is survived by his siblings: Leann (Bob) Walton of Des Moines, Terry (Renee) Schulz of Duncombe, and Dan (Lydiann) Schulz of Senoia, Georgia; along with five nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Darold "Bud" and Odelia "Sis" (Henning) Schulz, and his sister, Sandra Long.

Born July 11, 1960, in Fort Dodge, Randy was baptized at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Duncombe on July 24, 1960, and confirmed there on March 3, 1970. He attended Vincent Elementary School and graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1978. Randy worked at Webster City Products, later known as Electrolux.

A passionate outdoorsman, Randy especially loved fishing, taking many trips to South Dakota with family and friends. He also enjoyed hunting and the occasional round of golf.

In honor of Randy's compassion for animals, memorial contributions may be made to the Almost Home Humane Society in Fort Dodge.
