Tommie Loehr

Tommie Karen-Jean Loehr, 9, of Moorland passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. Celebration of Life will be Saturday December 18th, 2021 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at Moorland Community Center in Moorland. Tommie is survived by her mother, M'Lissa (Reid) Loehr; father, William Loehr; brothers, Billy and Cameron Loehr; grandparents, Mickey and Clarence Hendrickson; uncles and aunts, Scott Reid and Megan Griffin; papa, John Griffin; Tina Wuebker and family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Karen Reid; uncle, Kenneth Loehr; aunt, Norma Jean Williams; and cousin, Zander Powell. Tommie Karen Jean Loehr was born June 12, 2012 in Algona. She loved everything princess, especially Anna and Elsa from Frozen, even though she was a tomboy at heart. She enjoyed singing, drawing and playing with sidewalk chalk, painting and coloring. Tommie's favorite color was hot pink. her favorite places were the park and anywhere she could put her toes in the sand. She lived for putting on makeup with her mom and playing video games with her brothers. She also loved to take walks and play with puppies and kittens. She loved Unikitties ( cats with unicorn horns). Tommie will forever be remembered for her infectious smile and kindness she showed to everyone she met. She will be truly and deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Memorials may be left to family discretion.
