Pomeroy Marjorie "JoJo" J. Swank 59, formerly of Liberal, Kansas, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Acurra Healthcare of Pomeroy. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2022 at her brother Marty Garrison residence, 306 West Elm Street, Pomeroy, Iowa. Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City is serving the family. JoJo is survived by children, Travis Arnold of Liberal, KS, Michael Kyle of Liberal, KS, and Rachele Kiser of Topeka, KS; her mother Judy Bruner of Liberal, KS; her father Raymond Garrison of Emporia, KS; brothers, Marty (Shelly) Garrison of Pomeroy, Kenny Garrison of Liberal, KS, and Rex (Kim) Garrison of Liberal, KS; sister Linda Denton of Orlando, FL; nieces, Tanya Zinnel and her children, DJ, Colton, and Bailey, Tara (Lee) Saxton and their children and grandchild, Erin, MJ, Richard, Brock, Shannon, and Neveah, and Tamra (Tony) Salinas and their children, Corina and Cooper; nephew Travis Garrison and his children, Lane, Shayla, and Allen; step-sisters, Tina (John) Alford of Admire, KS, Susan (Steve) Boyce of Admire, KS, and Rhonda Cunningham of Emporia, KS; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her stepmother Alice Garrison. Marjorie Jo Garrison was born February 13, 1963 at Strong City, Kansas. In 2005, she relocated to Calhoun County to be near her brother Marty.
