Ernest Lee Mosley, 45, of Fort Dodge passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 3:36 P.M. at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. He was educated in the Fort Dodge School System and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. Ernie was a great storyteller and could captivate the entire crowd with his outrageously funny stories. He enjoyed challenging others. Serving up tough love was his specialty, but he would do it in a loving and jokingly way. Ernie always stopped by to check on everyone whether family or not. He treated everyone with respect and love that only Ernie could give. He would brighten the room with his smile. He will be remembered for believing he knew everything and that he could fix anything. He was an avid Patriots fan and he loved fishing and spending quality time with those he loved. Ernie is survived by his daughter Quaisha Hall, his grandchildren Algernon Young, Ashton Young, Azahria Grace Hall and Ace Hall, his parents Isiah and Mattie (Mosley) Hill, his siblings Phyllis Payton, Renetta Pate, Alice Mosley-Rose, Wanda Mosley, Reo Mosley, Chris Mosley, Charles Mosley, and Chad Grady; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorials may be left to family discretion.
